As a third-generation entrepreneur, Jeet is successfully building further on the legacy of the Marwadi Chandarana Group. He leads the group’s investment fund, focusing on Series A and earlystage startups in fintech and related spaces. Jeet has a degree in behavioral Economics from Loyola Marymount University, California. He plays a key role in creating a culture of leadership at the company through empowerment, empathy, and transparency. In 2021, Jeet alongside Keval Bhanushali laid the foundation of 1 Finance. The start-up is changing the way people think about personal finance advice by using a method based on psychology and human experience. It is focused on building financial services wherein the customer’s best interest is at its heart, by design. Additionally, 1 Finance is a leading example of an ethical establishment that provides its clients with financial security and a rewarding experience for everyone involved in its creation. The financial institution envisions to fill the void created by inadequacy of one-size-fits-all solutions. Jeet is also deeply involved with the Marwadi University that was established in 2008 where he envisions to empower people through innovative ideas, empathy, and advanced learning.He has conceptualized initiatives such as the CEFB (Center for Entrepreneurship & Family Business) to support the next generation of leaders, MUIIR (Marwadi University Innovation, Incubation, and Research) to provide an ecosystem for start-ups, and a Center for CivicEngagement and Action to mobilize efforts to create meaningful impact at the grassroots level. Jeet truly believes in social Entrepreneurship wherein business success doesn’t need to come at a cost to people, it is profit and purpose without harming anybody in the process. Expanding human potential, transforming lives, and creating new visions for leading and learning in a globally complex world are the goals he pursues through the use of systems thinking, human-centered design, and innovation. On a personal front, Jeet is a tennis enthusiast and is on a journey to explore spiritual growth.
