CA Sameer H. Arora is the founder of ATMS. Prior to founding the firm, he was partner in Lakhani & Lakhani now rebranded as ATMS. He has been a member of ICAI since 1998 and was in practice for the past 25 years. He is also certified as Information Systems Auditor from ICAI. His stint in consultancy studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai has helped the firm make inroads in management consultancy practice. The firm, ATMS consists of 31 chartered accountants and team size of 190+. The firm boasts of an alumni network of more than 150 chartered accountants with Sameer being the second chartered accountant from the firm. He leads the Business Advisory Department of the firm. He has been instrumental in growing the firm from a traditional tax and audit firm to a modern firm catering to a variety of client needs. His present role includes leading new verticals, business development and firm practice management. His mission is to help SMEs Scale. He is also passionate about working with startup businesses which has led him to be a mentor at TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) He is a keen learner and completed a course on “Leading Profession Service Firm” from IIM Ahmedabad. He successfully led the firm for the Stanford Seed TransformaƟon Programme conducted by Stanford University, being the only CA firm in the course. Sameer is also an eloquent speaker and has addressed various business associations and startup events. He has also been interviewed by ET NOW and Money Today.
