Amit Murarka is a distinguished professional with over 17 years of experience across finance, strategy, corporate development and analytics. He is currently the senior vice president at KFin Technologies Ltd and lead the global business finance, M&A, investor relations and strategic initiatives. Amit played a pivotal role in the IPO of KFintech in 2022, led six M&A transactions in the last four years, including the largest overseas acquisition done by KFintech in the recent times and managing stakeholder expectations leading to 4x gain in the shareholder value since listing. In the past he has worked with companies like Generali Life, Aditya Birla Capital, S&P and others.
